Web Design

Foxplan

For younger generations, the consideration process for choosing a financial adviser is happening largely online. With a new brand identity in place, FoxPlan needed a modern digital presence convert a new generation of Kiwis into customers. The site also needed a user flow for attracting new advisers towards their equity partner programme.

FoxPlan’s original website wasn’t meeting the expectations of a new generation of clients. The site needed more information so that phone-call shy Millennials and Gen Z’s could explore before making that dreaded first introductory phone call.

We started by expanded their service pages from eight to 15 and nesting each service under a main landing page. On-page content is broken into consumable, scrollable sections. From here, we created user flows that would guide readers towards a range of helpful tools, podcast episodes adjacent services, and free downloadable content as well as booking call-back calendar.

Potential recruits have their owner user flows too with dedicated pages for Careers and Equity Partners. To ensure our new content optimised SEO, security, and site speed we built their new site on Craft CMS, rolling the newly designed brand across the site.

FoxPlan’s new website guides users through the site, building confidence through transparency of processes, free and useful educational content, and a booking process that lets users schedule a call at their own convenience. It’s a process that builds reassurance and legitimacy while bridging the trust gap that younger generations have before engaging with a financial adviser.
